Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Everything Arizona Weddings has created a new service that we hope can give you options in keeping your wedding day plans.
Do you have friends or relatives that can not travel due to either travel bans or health concerns?
Canceling or postponing a wedding may not be an option for you, but you will want all the important people in your life to be able to share your special day. Canceling or postponing can cause other challenges as well such as:
Finding another date in the future that will work and that is available for everyone
Re-sending invitations / save the dates
Re-booking all your vendors and hoping they will be available on your new date
And WAITING EVEN LONGER TO BE MARRIED TO YOUR SOUL MATE!
We have created a Live Stream option that may be a fit for you in helping you as you move forward with your scheduled date.
Your entire wedding will be Live-Streamed so your friends and family can be included in your special day.
Streaming Capabilities that allow us to use multiple cameras and send the stream directly to Facebook or Youtube
Professional Grade Equipment including cameras, lenses, and sound equipment. This is not someone using a phone to do this. Our lenses can show the wide view of the entire wedding as well as zoom in on special moments such as the exchanging of rings and “the kiss”
Professional Videographers will be the ones filming your live-stream to make sure your friends and family have the highest quality stream possible
The bride and groom will have an opportunity to say something to everyone watching. You can share things like “we miss you, we love you, we are sorry you are not here in person with us today” etc.
Capturing Your Entire Ceremony – from the bridal party processional, bride processional, flower girls, ring bearers, the vows, rings, and of course the kiss. Your online guests will see all these wonderful moments as they happen.
The Reception - your online guests will see all those signature moments such as the grand entrance, toasts, pencil dances like first dance, father/daughter, mother/son, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss and more.
How do I pay for this?
We have tried to make this something that does not impact your already established budget. Based on the friends and family that may not be able to attend your wedding because of the latest health concerns, you will not have as much expense for meals and alcohol. Translating those costs to paying for your Live Stream Video is the most practical way to afford this option. This way you are not trying to come up with any new money not already budgeted for.
